Septermber 9, 10, 11, 2010 -- Fresh Fest is three days of exciting events that embody the student and city culture here in Lethbridge. Meeting people and getting involved are two of the most important things you can do in your first year, and Fresh Fest is the absolute best way to do both!

Here are some of the exciting "fresh-tivities" that students participated in last year:

Fresh Flix - an outdoor movie on a 70 foot blow up screen
Fresh N Breezy Luau - 110 foot slip n slide, BBQ, Air jousting and obstacle course, endless fun in the sun
Freshletics- a pancake breakfest, Frisbee Golf, a U of L Women's Soccer game and serious team building
Fresh U Jamboree - Lethbridge's biggest outdoor music festival, 8 hours of entertainment and live music

To opt out stop by the ULSU Office (SU180) and fill out an Opt-out waiver form, show proof of alternate coverage or log into your Bridge account under the ROSS heading.

Health and Dental Add On
Part time students may add onto the health & dental plan, the cost is $135 for health benefits and $110 for dental benefits.
Students with families may add their family members onto the health and dental plan, the cost is $270 for health and $220 for dental.
To add on students must submit an add on form and pay for the benefits at the Students' Union office, SU180.
The add on deadline is September 30, 2010.

There will be an Internal By-Election September for the vacant General Assembly Positions as follows; Management Rep, FNMI Rep, Calgary Campus Rep and Board of Governors Rep.

Nomination period is September 8th at 8:30 am -20th at 4:00 pm.

Nomination forms can be picked up at the Students' Union Office (SU180) or at the ULSU Calgary Campus Office.

Candidates must appear at the September 21st General Assembly Meeting at 6:00pm and give a brief presentation.
