As a regular full-time student at the University of Lethbridge, this plan provides you with 
a comprehensive set of extended health and dental insurance benefits. Extended Health and Dental plan coverage is in effect September 1 to August 31 for full-time Fall semester registrants, and January 1 to August 31 for full-time Spring semester registrants. (Full-time students are students enrolled in 9 or more credit hours or as defined).  PART-TIME students are NOT required to opt-out.

Travel Insurance
If you are leaving Canada for a period longer than 60 days you will need to stop in (room SU180) and fill out an extension request form.  This is for study abroad or a work term program.  Please make sure you pick up your drug card with the travel insurance information on the back.
